CURRICULUM:
Beginner classes consist of basic pole-stretching, strength exercises, and pole familiarization. You will learn body and pole integration eventually leading to basic pole movements and combining movement sequences.
PRICING:
The Beginner class typically consists of 4 lessons. If you and your instructor concur that you are ready for the next level, you may advance to the Intermediate class. Should you wish to remain in the Beginner class to build strength and confidence, you may continue Beginner classes at 40 dollars per lesson until you are ready to advance.
